GET REDLIGHT THERAPY IN YOUR HOME

AND OFFICE.

instead of blue lit televisions and flourescent lighting redlight helps balance circadian rhythms

TRAIN YOUR GAIT CYCLE REGULARLY.

Incorporating myofascial sling training (movement designed for humans) to your workout will help cleanse fascia and hydrate your tissues resulting cleaner, more efficent movement with less pain from restrictions in mobility.  Start with the FP 10- week online program.

GET OUTSIDE.

Spending time where you can be where nature intended; outdoors (especially barefoot) at the beach, park, or even your own backyard has proven to result in better health and mood.  Especially early in the morning and right around sunset.

6.

EAT WHOLESOME FOODS.

A well rounded diet consisting of organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised meats, fruits, honey, raw dairy and healthy fats like avocado oil will help detox the body.

AVOID AMBIGUOUS EXERCISE THAT DOESN'T RESPECT HUMAN BIOLOGY.

If it doesn't integrate the entire body or account for the gait cycle, the training probably isn't going to result in changing the entire body long term.  Avoid isolation and embrace integration.

VIDEO YOUR MOVEMENT.

When you cannot see how you're moving how do you expect to improve your problems?

DITCH THE ALCOHOL.
