Service Description

Many changes come along the way for the female body during and after pregnancy. Many women aren't left with a lot of options out there as to what and how to workout so they jump into standard practices and wonder where all the pain, anxiety, and discomfort is coming from. Little do many know for certain, after the birth itself and the positioning of the baby during those 9 beautiful months, mom is left with a very compromised lumbo-pelvic-hip complex. We will spend time learning exercises to perform both on your own and together to improve the pelvic floor, glutes, hamstrings, abdominals, diaphragm, and their relationship in trunk stability, mobility, and rotation specifically for new and pre moms.
